HOW TO MEASURE THE PERFECT FIT
Make sure you are standing, wearing a similar pair of socks or stockings to those you will wear with your new shoes. Using a measuring tape, measure the length from your heel to your largest toe. Simply convert your centimetre measurement to your shoe size using the guides below.
WHAT IF THE SHOE DOESN'T FIT?
The Betts team does its best to provide an accurate shoe size guide. In the event a shoe you ordered doesn’t fit, don’t stress! We offer returns and exchanges on all online purchases. Head to our Returns page to find out more.
HALF SIZES
Unfortunately not all shoes are made in half sizes. If you're unsure, we suggest purchasing two different sizes, then sending back the ones that don't fit. Really easy, and you won't have to wait for a second pair!
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Betts. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

For our kids shoe sizes we have provided the full length of the outsole, ideally for children's shoes you want a 10mm gap between the end of their big toe and the end of the shoe.

The materials used in our Zeroe styles are water-based, meaning they completely avoid using harmful solvents and other nasties usually found in oil-based synthetics.
The entire Zeroe collection is Vegan approved! This means our products and manufacturing process are totally animal friendly!
These boots are really comfortable, however were a little small so I ordered the next size up and decided to keep the larger ones - unfortunately when I went to return the smaller shoes (which I got for 25% off) to the store, the sales person wouldn't allow me to swap them over for the larger pair which I paid full price. She said I should have just come into store and ordered the larger pair through the store (Chermside, Brisbane). I was very disappointed as I explained to her, I had visited the store to check if there was a larger one in stock - but was told no. My experience of the shoes were good, but not the customer service.
Just got these babies, so comfy and soft. My sizing was right on !
These boots are very comfortable and I love the two side zips. The sizing is off as I’m usually a 10 but ordered size 12 and they fit very well. They are well made.
So comfy!
