HOW TO MEASURE THE PERFECT FIT
Make sure you are standing, wearing a similar pair of socks or stockings to those you will wear with your new shoes. Using a measuring tape, measure the length from your heel to your largest toe. Simply convert your centimetre measurement to your shoe size using the guides below.
WHAT IF THE SHOE DOESN'T FIT?
The Betts team does its best to provide an accurate shoe size guide. In the event a shoe you ordered doesn’t fit, don’t stress! We offer returns and exchanges on all online purchases. Head to our Returns page to find out more.
HALF SIZES
Unfortunately not all shoes are made in half sizes. If you're unsure, we suggest purchasing two different sizes, then sending back the ones that don't fit. Really easy, and you won't have to wait for a second pair!
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Betts. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

For our kids shoe sizes we have provided the full length of the outsole, ideally for children's shoes you want a 10mm gap between the end of their big toe and the end of the shoe.

So I ordered online and I’m usually a size 8 or 9. I normally go a size 9 for the extra width. I ordered an 8 and it was so loose on the toe and heel strap. I ended up taking it in store and swapping to a size 7 which is still a bit loose around the toe strap on me. I get that everyone’s feet are different sizes so it’s hard to cater for all. I have a wider foot and width wise this was perfect, it’s just the top of my foot/across my toes isn’t as full as others might be. Still love the shoes. They’re gorgeous and comfy. Heel is a perfect height.
Absolutely loved the shoe! The look the comfort the height the price, but had to return them because they were too wide!
