HOW TO MEASURE THE PERFECT FIT
Make sure you are standing, wearing a similar pair of socks or stockings to those you will wear with your new shoes. Using a measuring tape, measure the length from your heel to your largest toe. Simply convert your centimetre measurement to your shoe size using the guides below.
WHAT IF THE SHOE DOESN'T FIT?
The Betts team does its best to provide an accurate shoe size guide. In the event a shoe you ordered doesn’t fit, don’t stress! We offer returns and exchanges on all online purchases. Head to our Returns page to find out more.
HALF SIZES
Unfortunately not all shoes are made in half sizes. If you're unsure, we suggest purchasing two different sizes, then sending back the ones that don't fit. Really easy, and you won't have to wait for a second pair!
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Betts. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

For our kids shoe sizes we have provided the full length of the outsole, ideally for children's shoes you want a 10mm gap between the end of their big toe and the end of the shoe.

The Rory heels are amazing! I get blisters/sore feet VERY easily (in basically any shoe other than runners) and I can wear the Rory heels for 5k+ steps and my feet are still blister free and happy. I will be buying in other colours because shoes this comfortable need to be owned in every colour!!
I wear these every day to work . I can’t wear closed in shoes. . These are the only heels with open toes I have found that are comfortable and don’t give me blisters. . I do a lot of walking on carpet and the soles wear quick so I need a new pair every few months so I wish they were cheaper but they are super comfortable where no others match.
These shoes fit me perfectly, they are comfortable and give me some extra height as well. The Nude colour will go with pretty much everything I have. I can see myself wearing them until they fall apart, which hopefully won't be for a good while yet. I ordered online and my new shoes arrived a couple of hours ago; I haven't taken them off yet.
Cheers can run in these heels there so comfortable
