HOW TO MEASURE THE PERFECT FIT
Make sure you are standing, wearing a similar pair of socks or stockings to those you will wear with your new shoes. Using a measuring tape, measure the length from your heel to your largest toe. Simply convert your centimetre measurement to your shoe size using the guides below.
WHAT IF THE SHOE DOESN'T FIT?
The Betts team does its best to provide an accurate shoe size guide. In the event a shoe you ordered doesn’t fit, don’t stress! We offer returns and exchanges on all online purchases. Head to our Returns page to find out more.
HALF SIZES
Unfortunately not all shoes are made in half sizes. If you're unsure, we suggest purchasing two different sizes, then sending back the ones that don't fit. Really easy, and you won't have to wait for a second pair!

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Betts. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

For our kids shoe sizes we have provided the full length of the outsole, ideally for children's shoes you want a 10mm gap between the end of their big toe and the end of the shoe.

Toes strap super comfy. Finally can wear a a pair of heels without rubbing and getting blisters.
Only downside is the ankle strap has no stretch and it not long enough for thicker ankles.
i am normally a size 10 - went to a size 11 to avoid the toe overhang and much happier with the fit. would have been perfect a smidge wider than it currently is. agree with other reviewer - ankle straps need to be longer.
Love these fantastic looking, super comfy and at a realistic price, sandals. Colour choice is fabulous as well. Stayed, walked & danced all day in them but were tight around the ankles. Only disadvantage is that the ankle fastening strap needs to be longer. Ladies with wider feet usually have thicker ankles. Easy to shorten straps but harder to get them lengthened.
Amazing! These shoes were perfect, but some more padding for comfort would have been better!
Got these for a wedding. They were very comfy, I wore them all day and night, including lots of dancing. Feet felt fab and didn’t have any issues at all, especially as I get plantar fasciitis regularly.
Only thing that let them down slightly was one of the ankle buckles was put on back to front. Very minor issue and not noticeable unless you look very closely. Didn’t impact the use of the buckle.
