HOW TO MEASURE THE PERFECT FIT
Make sure you are standing, wearing a similar pair of socks or stockings to those you will wear with your new shoes. Using a measuring tape, measure the length from your heel to your largest toe. Simply convert your centimetre measurement to your shoe size using the guides below.
WHAT IF THE SHOE DOESN'T FIT?
The Betts team does its best to provide an accurate shoe size guide. In the event a shoe you ordered doesn’t fit, don’t stress! We offer returns and exchanges on all online purchases. Head to our Returns page to find out more.
HALF SIZES
Unfortunately not all shoes are made in half sizes. If you're unsure, we suggest purchasing two different sizes, then sending back the ones that don't fit. Really easy, and you won't have to wait for a second pair!
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Betts. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

For our kids shoe sizes we have provided the full length of the outsole, ideally for children's shoes you want a 10mm gap between the end of their big toe and the end of the shoe.

Unfortunately there was nothing wide fit about these boots. They were a much snugger fit than normal boots i have both in calf and foot areas.
I was able to retun them for a full refund but it was a very disappointing purchase.
Nice boot, I like the colour and the trims. The sole of the boot is quite good. There is a elasticised panel in the inner side of the boot to make it easier for those of us with big calves to do the boot up, unfortunately this only just does up on me and so I am hoping there will be a bit of ‘give’ once they are worn a few times. I am not a very large person- this is my only negative comment otherwise they are a good buy.

Lovely boots fit very well, except the claft area is still a bit small for my claft. Otherwise, it's perfect boots for a wide feetder.
