HOW TO MEASURE THE PERFECT FIT
Make sure you are standing, wearing a similar pair of socks or stockings to those you will wear with your new shoes. Using a measuring tape, measure the length from your heel to your largest toe. Simply convert your centimetre measurement to your shoe size using the guides below.
WHAT IF THE SHOE DOESN'T FIT?
The Betts team does its best to provide an accurate shoe size guide. In the event a shoe you ordered doesn’t fit, don’t stress! We offer returns and exchanges on all online purchases. Head to our Returns page to find out more.
HALF SIZES
Unfortunately not all shoes are made in half sizes. If you're unsure, we suggest purchasing two different sizes, then sending back the ones that don't fit. Really easy, and you won't have to wait for a second pair!
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Betts. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

For our kids shoe sizes we have provided the full length of the outsole, ideally for children's shoes you want a 10mm gap between the end of their big toe and the end of the shoe.

PARKER is a slick Chelsea boot for both slushy city streets and uber-chic functions. 100% vegan (something you'll be proud to point out) and crafted from a buttery, smooth water-based alternative material (free from nasty solvents), these will look great with both your shredded levis and tailored chinos.
To care for non-leather we recommend using WATER AND STAIN PROTECTOR. This will assist in protecting against moisture and repelling dirt, grease and grime. This can be used on footwear, handbags and jackets.

Delivery was quick, however, the boots are VERY flat. Very uncomfortable. After 3hrs I couldn't wait to take them off. Will look into better innersoles to put into the boot to counteract how flat they feel. Will have to wait and see how the overall boot holds up, but im not going to hold my breath.
Probably wouldn't buy again.
