HOW TO MEASURE THE PERFECT FIT
Make sure you are standing, wearing a similar pair of socks or stockings to those you will wear with your new shoes. Using a measuring tape, measure the length from your heel to your largest toe. Simply convert your centimetre measurement to your shoe size using the guides below.
WHAT IF THE SHOE DOESN'T FIT?
The Betts team does its best to provide an accurate shoe size guide. In the event a shoe you ordered doesn’t fit, don’t stress! We offer returns and exchanges on all online purchases. Head to our Returns page to find out more.
HALF SIZES
Unfortunately not all shoes are made in half sizes. If you're unsure, we suggest purchasing two different sizes, then sending back the ones that don't fit. Really easy, and you won't have to wait for a second pair!
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Betts. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

For our kids shoe sizes we have provided the full length of the outsole, ideally for children's shoes you want a 10mm gap between the end of their big toe and the end of the shoe.

Very nice boots! I really like them but the one big draw back for me is they don’t stay nice and smooth all the way they wrinkle down which isn’t really what I was wanting in a boot. I wanted them nice and smooth all the way up like the picture. Also I measured my foot and it said I would be right on the start of a size 8 but when I received them they are quite tight so I should have gone a size 9 so size up if you can. Also the calf size should be listed also as I’m size 10nz/S and they are quite snug around mine. But they are very very well made beautiful boots and if u don’t mind the wrinkling down in the top section and you get the size right they will be perfect.
