HOW TO MEASURE THE PERFECT FIT
Make sure you are standing, wearing a similar pair of socks or stockings to those you will wear with your new shoes. Using a measuring tape, measure the length from your heel to your largest toe. Simply convert your centimetre measurement to your shoe size using the guides below.
WHAT IF THE SHOE DOESN'T FIT?
The Betts team does its best to provide an accurate shoe size guide. In the event a shoe you ordered doesn’t fit, don’t stress! We offer returns and exchanges on all online purchases. Head to our Returns page to find out more.
HALF SIZES
Unfortunately not all shoes are made in half sizes. If you're unsure, we suggest purchasing two different sizes, then sending back the ones that don't fit. Really easy, and you won't have to wait for a second pair!
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Betts. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

For our kids shoe sizes we have provided the full length of the outsole, ideally for children's shoes you want a 10mm gap between the end of their big toe and the end of the shoe.

The materials used in our Zeroe styles are water-based, meaning they completely avoid using harmful solvents and other nasties usually found in oil-based synthetics.

Fits a bit smaller than expected, not super "wide fit" more like only slightly wider. I found it didn't matter because the material is so soft and lovely even with extended wear on the first few days it was fine to wear all day!
Love the wider fit just makes it more comfortable for daily wear!

Wayyyyy too small a fit… not big enough under any circumstances
A stunning pair of boots that you can style up or down. But I would definitely recommend sizing up in these as they seem to run small. I’m a Ladies 11 but had to post back and wait for a size 12 to come in stock. They are definitely not a wider fit and I sized up for the length too! They could also have a little more cushioning for the price but will be a nice boot for occasions just not all day wear.
