HOW TO MEASURE THE PERFECT FIT
Make sure you are standing, wearing a similar pair of socks or stockings to those you will wear with your new shoes. Using a measuring tape, measure the length from your heel to your largest toe. Simply convert your centimetre measurement to your shoe size using the guides below.
WHAT IF THE SHOE DOESN'T FIT?
The Betts team does its best to provide an accurate shoe size guide. In the event a shoe you ordered doesn’t fit, don’t stress! We offer returns and exchanges on all online purchases. Head to our Returns page to find out more.
HALF SIZES
Unfortunately not all shoes are made in half sizes. If you're unsure, we suggest purchasing two different sizes, then sending back the ones that don't fit. Really easy, and you won't have to wait for a second pair!
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Betts. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

For our kids shoe sizes we have provided the full length of the outsole, ideally for children's shoes you want a 10mm gap between the end of their big toe and the end of the shoe.

I couldn’t love these boots more. They instantly elevate all my outfits and are so comfy. Definitely needing them in every colour now 😍
They are very good quality. But I did find they get scuff marks REALLY easily. I’ve worn them once around the house to wear them in and just from my feet accidentally knocking they’ve got lines on them. But besides from that I love them. Exact colour not too wide around the calf. They’re great
