HOW TO MEASURE THE PERFECT FIT
Make sure you are standing, wearing a similar pair of socks or stockings to those you will wear with your new shoes. Using a measuring tape, measure the length from your heel to your largest toe. Simply convert your centimetre measurement to your shoe size using the guides below.
WHAT IF THE SHOE DOESN'T FIT?
The Betts team does its best to provide an accurate shoe size guide. In the event a shoe you ordered doesn’t fit, don’t stress! We offer returns and exchanges on all online purchases. Head to our Returns page to find out more.
HALF SIZES
Unfortunately not all shoes are made in half sizes. If you're unsure, we suggest purchasing two different sizes, then sending back the ones that don't fit. Really easy, and you won't have to wait for a second pair!
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Betts. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Simply convert your measurement to your shoe size using the guides below. For our kids shoe sizes we have provided the full length of the outsole, ideally for children's shoes you want a 10mm gap between the end of their big toe and the end of the shoe.

I ordered this shoe for the rave reviews and I’m usually a size 7 and there were no comments that it’s a small sizing when you take into account the air flex padding in the shoe. I measured my feet a few times and the suggestion came up that the size 7 would fit, but it didn’t. I would have just exchanged the size as I got them on sale and they were going to charge full price for the exchange, hence the 3 stars
These loafers are the comfiest loafers I've ever owned and I haven't stopped wearing them!
I’ve tried on many similar loafers and these are by far the most comfortable ones I’ve worn. The leather doesn’t dig in at the sides and there is plenty of cushioning, making them snug and comfy. They are a classic and sleek design, I was also impressed with the quality given the competitive price point.
Looove the comfort of this shoe!! It feels high quality and the comfort is superb 🤍 been loving wearing this! The leather doesn't feel cheap and looks premium! Wish they release more loafers without the heel too!
